The Role


The Role


We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Executive Customer Accounts representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the licensing of tenants within the complex and in all aspects of administration.

Reporting to the Manager – Customer Accounts, your duties will include:

- Diary Management: arranging and prioritizing appointments, organizing meetings
- Communications: telephone, routine calls, taking messages, distributing faxes, mail, filing documents.
- Maintaining Licensing Issues of Tenants
- Assistant in preparation of month reports
- Create and maintain filing system
- Typing correspondence and documents
- Project administration on behalf of Project Managers

Requirements


Requirements


To be considered you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Diploma in Business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant function
- Fluency in written & spoken English; fluency in written and spoken Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Application
- Familiarity with common Management/Business framework
