The RoleThe RoleWe are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Executive Customer Accounts representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the licensing of tenants within the complex and in all aspects of administration. Reporting to the Manager – Customer Accounts, your duties will include: - Diary Management: arranging and prioritizing appointments, organizing meetings - Communications: telephone, routine calls, taking messages, distributing faxes, mail, filing documents. - Maintaining Licensing Issues of Tenants - Assistant in preparation of month reports - Create and maintain filing system - Typing correspondence and documents - Project administration on behalf of Project Managers This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization that is striving to create a cultural entertainment theme park as part of the world’s largest tourism, leisure and entertainment project. |
