Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Recipe development project:
- Recipe idea search and presenting them for approval
- Informal tasting for approved recipe ideas with business and selected team members for evaluation
- Expected revision or deleting some of the new and existing recipes based on evaluation
- Expecting a repeat of informal tasting session for recipes that need revision
- Chef is expected to deliver a written recipe on word document according to Nestle recipe writing standard.
- Arranging product familiarization session on need basis. To update the business team knowledge about available dessert product in the market, bench mark our product vs competition and educate the business team on dessert making.

Digital support project:
- Creation and validation of dessert making related content, in addition to engagement in some digital activities when required. Details of related work involvement of the project:
- Providing recipes periodic recipes tips
- Expecting chef to provide answers to all inquiries if the week then we post them on Thursday.
- Validating dessert content and themed activities presented by digital agencies.

Consumer engagement in brand activation project:
- Arranging cooking session at CEC for consumers
- Be our cooking expert in brand activation and event in UAE and across the region whenever is required

Requirements

- Candidate should be willing to commit to part time / temporary contract
- Willing to provide the needed on time
- Willing to attend on flexible working hours at different locations
- Desert experience
