This growth requires a team of highly committed CRM digital specialists. Integrating brand offers and customer incentives into a loyalty scheme to drive sales and build customer retention is a primary goal. Delivering world class insight into an ever changing and highly demanding customer will discern the winners of tomorrow's retail market. Alshaya intends to lead in that innovation and is seeking the right talent to be a part of that success.

M.H. Alshaya Co. is currently looking for experienced and creative Digital Communication Executives to support the relationships between Alshaya's brands and top influencers across digital platforms in the MENA region.

Key Accountabilities

Research:

* Utilizes professional monitoring tools to research potential online influencers in our key markets.
* Provides recommendations (how best to match influencers with brands) to the divisional Digital Marketing Manager.
* Focuses on influencers with 3,000+ followers (on social media).
* Builds profiles of key influencers, maps out their interests and researches their demographic audience profile.

Monitoring:

* Closely follows what the selected influencers are publishing to map out their interests, potential brand affinity, tone of voice, etc.
* Monitors digital market trends and competitor activities in the influencer sphere.

Establishing Relationships:

* After consultation with internal stakeholders, the executive prepares a customized pitch for each of the chosen influencers.
* Once the initial contact has been made, the executive keeps a detailed record of the ongoing communications with the influencer.
* Regardless if the brand-specific pitch is rejected or not, the executive maintains the influencer relationship for future use.

Placing Stories:

* The executive ensures that our brands receive maximum visibility from social media influencers.
* Matches available content and news stories to known influencers.

Reporting:

* Provides ongoing reports for internal stakeholders of contacts made and successful placements of brand stories.
* Continuously provides management with Top 10 influencer charts by country, detailing product categories.

Requirements

Key Skills/Experience

The successful candidate MUST have expert knowledge of formal Arabic and very good English skills - you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

Knowledge:

* Very good understanding of how social media influencers work.
* Diplomatic sensitivity
* Experience with digital and social network measurement tools

Experience:

* 1-2 years experience managing PR programs with journalists and online influencers.
* Should ideally have a background in communications and/or have worked with content placement for well-known brands

Skills:

* Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
* Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
