Job description / Role
1. Manage the day to day operations and maintenance of the project.
2. Provide support, guidance and mentoring advice to the O&M team.
3. Monitor closely the Service Providers performance based on KPIs and take the necessary action when required.
4. Always strive to improve customer relations.
5. Strengthen the Through Life Support processes and minimise errors through lessons learned.
6. Follow best practice processes in order to retain ISO9001 certification within the company
Requirements
PMP, Bachelor in Engineering/ Master or equivalent
10 years experience in managing ICT related government projects.
Knowledge in policies & procedure, Project Management, Client Management
Handling Internal/External Customers
