Job description / Role
- Assisting the manager in sourcing, shortlisting & organizing the interview with the prospective candidates.
- Drafting job offer letters and coordinate with the candidates to get their acceptance.
- Doing the on board & off board activity of the employees.
- Coordinate with the PRO to organize the employment visa (new, renewal & cancellation)
- Administering staff leave records.
- Updated the Payroll entries in the system.
- Administer the staff files and make sure proper filing is done.
- Perform day to day HR admin work.
- Assist the manager in ad-hoc HR projects as and when required.
Requirements
- Should be a graduate with specialization in HR.
- Must have at-least 1-2 years of working experience in a HR role in UAE.
- Should have knowledge on UAE labor law.
- Good communication skill (oral & written).
- Should be a good team player.
- Must have good skills in MS office and other ERP system.
- Any nationality, preferably non-Indian.
- Holding a valid UAE driving license will be an added value.
