Job description / Role
A large global IT entity is currently looking for a talented Executive Personal Assistant to provide classic EA support to a senior executives within the company. This is a hugely demanding EA role and will involve intensive calendar management, meeting preparation, complex global travel itineraries, events organisation and private PA support and client liaison. There will also be some additional support to other Executives within the office, however this will be minor in comparison to responsibilities for the direct line manager.
This role gives you the opportunity to interact with and work in teams of senior people across the whole organisation, including Board members, as it requires proactive upwards influencing and negotiation to ensure crucial deadlines are met. Thriving on deadlines as well as confidently handling financial and company information, you will have excellent organisational, multi-tasking and proactive planning skills.
Requirements
It is essential that candidates have senior level PA or EA experience within a multinational organization. They must be able to demonstrate that they have proactively managed a hectic diary, have undertaken events planning, and are confident in liaising with senior VIPs. Superb communication skills in English and German are absolutely essential, as is a professional manner and a dedicated, loyal character.
Local experience is not essential although it would be considered an advantage in addition to city experience. The salary is highly competitive and the company offers a superb household name to add to your CV.
