A newly created role working for an established Property / Real Estate company located in Doha is available for an experienced Executive PA.

Are you an intermediate to advanced user in MS office?

Do you thrive working under pressure?

Do you have a minimum of 2 years Property / Real Estate experience?

My client requires an Executive PA who they can entrust with the day to day activities within the office.

You will be need to provide a first class PA / Secretarial service and be experienced in dealing with high level Executives at all times both internally and externally.

-You will be dealing with all office correspondence in a timely manner.
-Producing reports on MS Office - Excel in particular.
-Organising the Development Managers diary.
-Organising travel and accommodation.
-Typing.
-All other ad-hoc PA / Secretarial duties.

Requirements


Requirements


The requirements for the role are:

- 2 years minimum working within a Property / Real Estate company.
- 3 years minimum of working as an Executive PA / Secretary.
- At least 1 years local knowledge within Doha, Qatar.
- Ability to work under pressure and being able to use your own initiative.
- If successful in this role - Must be able to start within 5 weeks if not sooner.
