RequirementsRequirements•Minimum 8 years experience as a Pastry chef •Knowledge of working in bakery and pastry factory or experience in 5 stars hotel or restaurant •Fluency in English and Arabic •Implementing ISO standard •Management skills and knowledge •Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of personalities •Strong personality but team player •Exceptional knowledge of high quality, upscale pastry and dessert preparation and presentation •Skills: 3D cake design, chocolate, finger bites, full range of bakery and pastry. |
