Employment: Full Time

A great opportunity has arisen in a large oil and gas company in Dubai working for the Managing Director as his Personal Assistant.

Office Manager & Executive Personal Assistant
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
Coordinating meetings, diaries and extensive complicated travel bookings
Managing administrative tasks related to internal and external meetings and operations, national and international travel and communications between the Company Analysts and Management
Managing planning of events including lodging, entertainment, travel and meeting coordination
Providing detailed data, information and research in preparation for meetings
Serves as liaison to Company departments and Group Companies General Managers and working closely with Executive Assistants within the Group and serves as liaison with Managements Board Secretaries on various board signing matters and meeting coordination
Management of company operations and procedures, membership subscriptions, contracts and supply requisitions
Managing the website, brochure and corporate collateral design update

Requirements

Excellent written & spoken English
2+ years experience in a similar role preferably gained in a multinational organization.
Good interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail.
High integrity and confidentiality.
Fast learner and responsible.
Highly energetic and motivated at work, with the ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
