Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a large retail group, is looking for a management trainee in retail operations.

The position will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations of the stores. Planning and implementing the merchandise plan and evaluation of stock requirements to control inventory will be a primary responsibility of this role.

Overseeing new store openings and implementing the marketing plan of the brand will be under the purview of this role.

Requirements

Ideal candidate must possess an MBA or equivalent degree with at least 2 years of experience in luxury retail.

Strong communication skills combined with good personality are essential for this role.
