Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Due to the imminent launch of several phases on our iconic project, we are currently looking for a number of experienced sales consultants to join our team.

The role will focus on contacting potential clients in order to maximise sales appointments on our projects. We are looking for dynamic and energetic candidates who have the ability to effectively engage with people at all levels on a Global scale.

We are looking for seasoned individuals with professional sales skills and the ability to effectively consult with a range of clients in order to advise them on different investment options available on the projects.

Responsibilities
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship
- Convincing prospective clients that the project is the right one to make their investments in and agree the terms
- Making appointments and touring clients
- Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
- Finalise the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales
- Help to identify new markets and business opportunities
- Complete daily touring reports
- Follow up on all clients to maximise sales opportunities
- Conduct yourself in a professional and punctual manner
- Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market
- Understanding of the UAE property market
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to network effectively at all levels
- An enthusiastic approach, with a can do and hands-on attitude
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic and Russian will be an added advantage
