Our client is a professional services outsourcing consultancy providing C-Level recruitment solutions to clients within diverse business industries globally.
Responsibilities
- Conducting research and sourcing to identify suitable candidates for specific assignments at executive and C-Level
- Conducting research and search campaigns to develop a pipeline of executive level talent using networking and recruitment methods
- Conducting reference and background checks were applicable
Requirements
- MBA is preferable
- Bachelor's Degree in any subject
- 2 - 5 years experience in contingent or retained search and selections agencies dealing with mid and executive level and C-level appointments
- Experience with behavioral and competency based interviewing techniques
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is desirable
- Effective planning and project management skills
- Ability to develop consultative relationships with C Level executives
- Ability to write candidate reports concisely
