The Role


The Role


Main responsibilities :
1- Responsible for secretarial and administrative duties >
2- Handle office phone calls.
3-Schedule meetings and assignments.
4- Manage Visitors.
5- Take care of correspondence and sign for currier packages.
6- Prepare and maintain letters and technical documents.
7- Maintain hard copy and electronic filling system.
8- Other duties as assigned
Reporting to : HR Manager
Number required : 1
Duration : 2-years renewable contract
Desired start date : ASAP
Working hours : Saturday-Wednesday 7am-4pm, Thursday 7am-1pm
Travel requirements : no traveling would be required
Gross monthly base salary : 600-800 USD Tax free
Other Benefits : Accommodation, Transportation, Medical and Social Insurance, Work Permit and Residency Permit, Return Ticket every 2 Years to country of origin, Salary increments according to the employees productivity at work

Requirements


University qualifications : Bachelor in secretarial field is preferred
Other certifications : Formal Secretarial Training
Previous experience : 5+ years
Specialist knowledge : Must be:
Computer literate.
Experienced in using Microsoft office applications (such as word, excel, powerpoint, access, outlook and others)
Typing speed at least 50 WPM
Other Skills : Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
Ideal Age Range : 27-45
Language Skills : Must be fluent in English
