Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings.
- Obtain regular reminder, to Affairs reporting to director, to assist the director to monitor the implementation and construction of projects to ensure operational effectiveness, quality, service, adherence to time frame and cost effective management of resources.
- Receives in-coming, out-going mail, telephone calls, guest, and handles in proper professional manner.
- Support the director to continually review the operational priorities and plans, making appropriate adjustments, to organize time.
- Conducts good-keeping, and time management or directors office, presents to him the daily agenda, appointments, and coordinates effectively the implementation.
- Independently manage internal, external contacts as required or directed to facilitate work flow, and keeps the director informed.
- Coordinates and schedules the work flow of the office to ensure that deadlines and commitments are met and that continuity of operation is maintained during the absence of the director.
- Coordinating, consolidating relevant information and evaluates the most effective means and options available to resolve/address and respond to issues in an expedient and appropriate manner.
- Performs a variety of executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive by using good judgment and thorough knowledge of functions and procedures, events and other occasions for the director.
- Follows up on a variety of matters, information, and action requested by the director to ensure that deadlines are met. Works with a variety of staff to obtain information in response to requests from the director.
- Performs other related duties, as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree preferably in the field with 3 years of relevant experience or diploma/ professional certificate with (8) Eight years experience.
