Our client, a large retail group, is looking for an Executive Secretary for the General Manager of one of its divisions.

The job incumbent will assist the General Manager in managing his day to day meeting schedules, correspondence and reports.

Ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience of working in a secretarial role.

Pleasing personality, good communication skills and an ability to multi-task is an essential requirement for this role.
