Job purpose

The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that Director’s office tasks are handled in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibility

Are included but not limited to:

• Receive and direct telephone calls and messages.
• Prepare correspondence independently or based on brief note.
• Prepare and type letters, memos, and legal documents.
• Handling travel arrangements.
• Maintain the general filling system and file all correspondence.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of Offices supplies.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administrant. ( Diploma in Secretarial Skills is a plus).
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint is plus.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• High Standard of Communication in English verbal and written (Arabic is plus)
• Minimum 3 years of work experiences.
