Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage directors office, presents to him the daily agenda, appointments, and coordinates effectively the implementation
- Follows up on a variety of matters, information, and action requested by the director to ensure that deadlines are met. Works with a variety of staff to obtain information in response to requests from the director.
- Perform administrative activities to facilitate the planning, coordinating and executing of corporate functions (e.g., events, meetings and other official gatherings) the office may host, support and/or participate on behalf of the director as required. Add/ edit calendar items as requested.
- Prepare reports, summaries, documents, correspondence and other department, etc.
- Obtains relevant information and evaluates the most effective means and ability demonstrate options available to resolve/address and respond to issues in an expedient and appropriate manner.
- Screen phone calls and messages, sort post and emails for the portfolio and prepare a list of action items and issues, referring to the relevant portfolio member when appropriate.
- Manage internal, external contacts as required or directed to facilitate work flow, and keeps the director informed.
- Assists to ensure that deadlines and commitments are met and that continuity of operation is maintained during the absence of the director.
- Perform composes a variety of letters and other correspondence on various subjects, events and other occasions for the director.
- Performs other related duties, as required

Requirements

- Bachelor degree recently graduated preferably in the field.
- Diploma or professional certificate with (4) Four years experience.
