Job description / Role
The Document Controller / Executive Secretary shall possess a certificate in the field of major and has a good command of Arabic and English writing and speaking, and good at printing using computer and has a good command of keeping, time management, coordinating and archiving the documents using the QPMs Program
Responsible for ensuring the control of Project documents, electronic, (soft), and printed, (hard), in accordance with Projects Document Control Procedures. To include:
- Registering outgoing/incoming printed documents.
- Set up of Project Files both electronically and manually.
- Maintenance & Archiving of Project Files
- Assist Project Staff with report formatting / Admin Assistance
- General support to the Project Management Units.
Requirements
Experience of no less than (10) ten years in this field.
Experience from working within a similar Engineering consultancy in a similar capacity will be ideal.
Preference will be given to native Arabic speaking candidates.
