Job description / Role
Providing all types of secretarial and administration support including correspondence, tender preparation, file maintenance, follow up of relevant issues, meeting arrangements, minutes taking and all other relevant tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate
- Diploma in Secretarial Practice.
- Knowledge of Shorthand (stenography)
- 10 years experience in reputed company(ies)
- Experience in G.C.C. States will be an added advantage.
- Age around 30-35 Years
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Arabic desirable.
