Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide administrative support to departments or individuals.
- Maintain office procedures.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
- Handle information requests
- Prepare correspondence, mails, and memos
- Prepare statistical reports.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Helps prepare office budget.
- Manage travel arrangements and schedule.
- Plans events.
- Handling visitors & direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
- Prepare agenda for meetings & attend them.
- Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.

Requirements

- Diploma or bachelor degree
- Have 4 - 6 years experience
- Medium level of English language / Arabic fluent
- Organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Technical & effective reporting & writing Skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and responsibility
- Professionalism, Flexibility, Time management
