The Role


The Role


Essential Duties (Major responsibilities of this position):
•Manages day-to-day administrative activities of the Office of the CEO with minute details.
• Administers information, scheduling and communications of the Office of the CEO.
• Drafts routine correspondence, reports and memoranda for the CEO
• Provide assistance to the CEO in timely completion of projects and presentations.
• Prepares activities associated with internal meetings, board meetings, presentations and management meetings.
•Circulates approved minutes of meetings to all participants as and when advised.
•Manages CEO calendars/business schedules on daily, weekly and monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Efficiently administrates all office functions i.e. filing, archiving, phone calls, meeting scheduling, emails, availability of office supplies & stationery, contacts database, etc.
•Maintains at all times confidentiality of all knowledge and information related to the Office of the CEO until such matters become formally announced.
•Provides a courteous reception for visitors to the office.
•Administrates all important official events as and when advised.
•Archives all database, financial statements, presentation booklets, periodic reports, contracts, etc.
•Coordinates with all concerned with regard to travel of the CEO.
•Encourages, participates, and takes pleasure in team work, with colleagues, as an aid to greater company effectiveness with positive attitude.
•Continually seeks and exploits every opportunity for self-development, to the greater benefit of the company and own career.

Requirements


Requirements


•More than 4 years Experience in secretary field.
•Strong communication skills (English and Arabic)
•Accounting skills
•Fluency in Arabic and English spoken and written.

Education:
Minimum High school and preferred 2-4 year Diploma in Business Administration program certificate
