This company is a well reputed private sector energy company established in Doha a decade ago. In order to provide an effective and responsive administrative assistance to the CEO, helping him to manage and prioritize his time a new vacancy of an Executive Secretary has been created in the office based in Doha.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing necessary support to the CEO by offering a complete secretarial and administrative support services and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature. This includes first point of contact direction, time management, correspondence disposition and resolution. You must have an understanding of a CEO's job, the department and organizational operations and procedures.

Requirements


To be considered for this position, you will be someone with relevant experience for at least 8 years and degree qualified. You are of a matured nature, who has an eye for details and can absorb/deal with stress well. It is essential that you are already based in Doha and have prior experience working closely with most of the ministries in Qatar.
