This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic FMCG company which has been voted as the UAE's top local company to work for. Established for 45 years, this company is a market leader and is looking for a talented Executive Secretary to join them.

The role will involve providing full secretarial support to the CFO and the finance department. Responsibilities will include typical secretarial duties such as diary management, arranging meetings, travel arrangements and expenses but in addition to this there the successful candidate will be responsible for finance related duties, such as bank reconciliations and clearing of cash/cheque payments.

The candidate is required to be western educated, have a minimum of 3 years Executive Secretary/PA experience and be currently living in the UAE. Experience working in a finance department will be an added advantage.
