Job description / Role
Plan and manage the Company investigative work activities ensuring that cases are investigated promptly and quality assuring the output to conform to the legal department’s requirements
Assess, identify and outline the functions needs in terms of necessary resources including human, financial and facilities and gain agreement on those
Lead the toughest investigative cases especially those involving high level security issues or cases that may be the subject of much public attention
Participate in committees, report on and put forward recommendations on the improvement of flaws in the current policies and work procedures that may be open to manipulation or are proven to be the target of misuse.
Manage and develop the investigative staff through the identification of developmental opportunities, providing help and support when needed and appraising performance.
Preparing contracts & Agreement drafts which will be concluded with the suppliers with best industry practice in legal language
Ensuring comply of terms& conditions & tech .specs .for high strategic projects. According to Company's applied policy.
Participating in preparing of standard weight for evaluation for major projects .
Participating in negotiations with the suppliers to agree for contracts contexts
Participating with other related

Requirements
University Graduate in a suitable discipline
6 - 8 years of experience in the corporate legal roles and/or with a law firm, with exposure to drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements and conducting legal research and studies Planning skills
Supervisory skills
Strong and proven written and oral communications skills
Fluent in Arabic and English.
