Job description / Role
This leading Shipping Company is looking to recruit an Export Documentation Specialist for the Dubai office. You will work within one of the Documentation Teams. As Documentation Specialist the individual will have an in-depth understanding of the entire shipment process. * You will be responsible for preparing draft Bills of Lading based on the booking and shipping instructions and sending to the customer for approval. * Finalise B/L and hand over to D/O centre to release it to customers. * Produce invoice for prepaid freight and local charges and hand over to D/O Centre. * Close ship and dispatch manifest to relevant parties. * Handle e-clear with customs for selected shipper. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have good coordination skills. you will be organised with strong attention to detail. You will be highly focused on quality and capable of remaining concentrated on a repetitive work process.
