Job description / Role
A leading steel company is looking for an Export Manager, based Egypt, to manage their expanding operations. It is a fantastic opportunity with a leading player in the market.
Export Manager Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the export of Steel & Rolled Coils and rebar.
• Opening new markets in the Gulf and Africa to increase sales.
• Coordinating between business crew to maintain best service: quality, timing and price.
• Set the monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast.
• Conducting the export team to reach the forecast.
• Set the budget and visiting plan of the export department.
• Evaluating and monitoring the export performance of the export team on monthly basis.
• Managing the day to day operations related to export activities for the whole department.
• Monitoring the day to day sales numbers per region, per country, per sales person, per value, per volume.
• To ensure all actions contribute on the financial results of this area as well as to the sales growth and to support the maintaining of the long-term profitability.
Export Manager requirements:
• Bachelors’ Degree qualified
• Fluent English and Arabic speaking
• Experience working in heavy industry, preferably steel
• Export management experience
