Job description / Role
Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 18 years and has sole distribution Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron and Godrej in the country.
We are looking to hire a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Business Manager in DOMASCO- Qatar
Responsibilities are based around the sale of financial products that AFF offers and include:
* Manage F&I Process and Sales of a designated Sales Team within the Branch Network
* Achieve Personal and Sales Team targets set by the Divisional F&I Manager
* To aid the sell the maximum number of New and used vehicles possible.
* To optimize the sales of value added products.
* To optimize the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance products.
* Making the best profit possible for the company.
* Ensuring customer engagement is and remains paramount.
* Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack.
* Ownership of end to end F&I performance and results.
* Manage Documentation flow between AFF hub staff and F&I
* Work as an Equal with The Showroom Supervisor to achieve all Targets as set by the Divisional F&I Manager
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong knowledge of F&I process, structure, systems and methodology
* Strong understanding of F&I products and services, Including Islamic conventional funding and
Insurance features, benefits, advantages and customer eligibility.
* Ability to manage sales staff in the referral of customers to the F&I Manager.
* Ability to present advise and communicate F&I products and services to retail & SME customers
* Understanding of auto sales processes (dealer level Qatar)
* Strong interpersonal facilitation and presentation skills
* Ability to influence and gain financial commitment at customer levels
* Strong Quantitate and analytical skills and PC proficiency
* Understanding/Knowledge of competitor consumer offers, rates and market strategies
* Previous automotive experience preferred
* Languages: Fluent English - Arabic an Advantage
