The Role


The Role


The F&B Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading various Marketing activities and campaigns to ensure the exposure of our F&B brands to consumers is in line with given brand guidelines..

Maintains a commercial awareness of the relevant national/regional market sectors so that plans/campaigns can be adapted to ensure maximum commercial return.

Works together with Brand Manager, Operations Manager and local Marketing teams to develop required artworks in a timely manner and in line with brand and marketing specifications set by brand owners.

Develops creative Marketing activities and oversees the implementation of events and promotions in support of a brand plan/campaign to maximize consumer brand awareness, traffic to the store and brand presence.

Develops and maintains good working relationships with external suppliers, agencies (advertising agencies, PR agencies, graphic designers) to ensure that the required level of service and quality are received.

Monitors sales reports in order to assess the commercial success of marketing plans/campaigns on brand revenue, profitability and market share and takes corrective action where necessary.

Maintains awareness on best practice techniques and tools in the area of campaign management in order to deliver defined levels of brand revenue, profitability and market share.

Ensures proper planning, implementation and monitoring of Marketing activities and campaign plans in coordination with the Marketing Manager, Brand Managers, Country Managers, Franchisors and Media Suppliers.

Monitors and analyses competitors Marketing activities in a variety of channels Monitors and ensures that all activities are run within approved budgets.

Practices a thorough customer focus within the guidelines of Customer Relationship Management processes.

Requirements


Requirements


Bachelors degree in Marketing. Masters degree is a plus.4-5 years of experience in Marketing;
Experience with artwork development and project management is a plus.
Exposure to the relevant local markets and local media sources is a must.Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficient in MS Office.
