Job description / Role
- Objectives: To oversee the operations of the entire f&b department and maintain profitability
- Main responsibilities: Operations of all outlets , service standards, training, menu planning, marketing strategies
- Reporting to: Group General Manager
- Number required: 1
- Duration: Unlimited
- Desired start date: Immediate
- Probation: 3 months
- Gross monthly base salary: Commensurate with experience
- Commission / Bonus: Yearly
- Other Benefits: Housing / Medical / Yearly ticket
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years working experience in a similar position. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage. Should be educated to suit the role. The candidate could have experience anywhere but should be ready to relocate to Dubai, U.A.E. He should have handled outlets and conference facilities.
