F,F&E Business Development

Job description / Role

• Management of FF&E Projects from concept to hand over on site.
• Deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Co-ordination with Designer and operation department.
• Business Development for F,F& E along with market monitoring for new prospects projects.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of FF&E and move schedules, furniture/equipment procurement, and set-up.
• Develop bid specifications and prepare purchase requisitions, coordinate fiscal reports..
• Coordinate and actively participate in delivery, and set-up of FF&E services.
• Coordinate the inclusion of FF&E standards in project designs.
• Prepare client presentations & Develop initial brief.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Interior Design, Architecture,
• 7-10 years of experience on related job with In-depth knowledge of the FF&E market.
• An awareness of the Middle East and international suppliers would be desirable
