Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity is now available for an onsite FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) Coordinator to be based in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) Coordinator will report to the Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for the following:
• Overseeing and coordinating the installation of the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) on site.
• Managing the sub-contractors.
• Ensuring the work carried out is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
• Attending site quality and standard inspections.
• Interpreting designs and drawings for internal FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) installations.
Requirements
The background of the successful FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) Coordinator will include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Previous experience of 5 Star Hotel necessary
• Proven knowledge of furniture, equipment, and furnishings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
