Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading developer who is a market leader in product development and known for their quality and prestige. Our client is looking to hire an FF&E Designer for multiple high-end hospitality projects in the UAE. You will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of their reputation and will ensure that the vision is maintained throughout their new project portfolio.
As the FF&E Designer you will be responsible for developing design concepts, FF&E presentations, preparing project team documentation for tenders and producing workbooks and specifications for all FFE design. The successful candidate will be overseeing two Designers and reporting directly to the Design Director. You should be able to create and provide with flair and style, design details of FF&E items.
Requirements
It is essential that you have excellent relationships with reliable suppliers and have strong knowledge of the UAE market. You should hold a Degree in either Interior Design or Architecture and have at least 8 years' FF&E experience within the hospitality sector and have proven value engineering experience. Portfolios should be available on request.
