Job description / Role
Inspire Selection are working on behalf of a growing FM Service Provider based in Doha, Qatar. Due to project wins, they have an opening for a Contract Manager to manage multiple hard FM contracts in and around the Doha area.
The Hard FM Contract Manager will report into the Operations Manager and will act as the main point of contact between the client and the service provider to ensure work is carried out across the portfolio of project sites to the highest possible standard.
This role carries substantial budgetary responsibility, therefore the successful candidate will have had exposure to large FM budgets and high profile, blue chip clients. They will be expected to be able to sign off invoices and ensure the best value service is delivered to the client whilst maintaining profitability for the account.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in audits and managing all compliance standards and issues.
Ensuring a safe working environment is maintained for all employees
Managing a large team of engineers, both mobile and static with responsibility for performance, training and optimisation.
Leading teams through and embracing change in order to provide innovative working methods.
Requirements
Requirements:
Track record in managing hard FM contracts, ideally with blue chip clients.
Excellent man management skills with a background in managing both static and mobile engineers.
Excellent client relationship skills.
Budgetary experience, managing multiple projects.
Middle East experience preferred.
