FM Contracts Manager
A Local Developers whom pride themselves on service delivery have already established a number of prestigious portfolios in the UAE. Consisting of Retail, Commercial and Residential projects which are already operational.
The VP of Facilities Management is seeking an experienced contracts Facilities Manager with a strong contracts, not operational, background.
One would be responsible for managing all aspects related to hard and soft services. Responsible for maintaining, developing and improving contract management, performance management, tendering as well as documentation.
One would work closely with internal stakeholders, community management and finance/legal and corporate services.
Would be responsible Authorising the procurement of services and organising training and development for the team
Minimum graduate degree in FM / Procurement with at least 5-7 years experience in Facilities management. Membership of professional bodies and experience of tendering for new contractors/bids. The ability to manage conflict and have strong negotiation skills.
The role is based in Qatar and offers fantastic career progression.
