Facilities Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an FM (Facilities Management) Manager in both hard and soft service Facilities Management to work with our Doha based team on our wide portfolio of Facilities, providing maintenance and operational FM to leading clients.

We are a leading Facilities Management provider in Qatar, extending the successfully business operations from our main contractor parent company to clients in Doha and the surrounding areas. Our Facilities Management approach includes a duty of care for our prestigious clients as well as utilising our resources to provide a high level of facilities management in both hard and soft services as well as mobilisation and project management. We are an industry leader and have major expansion plans in the coming year.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for our Qatar operations.

*Provide hard and soft services facilities management expertise for all clients under your remit. We deal with a number of VIP and prestigious properties and facilities across the country so experience of high level, highly secure sites would be ideal
*Work in conjunction with the senior Facilities Manager on all fit out, renovation and ongoing maintenance works
*Plan PPM schedules as well as facilitate reactive maintenance as required
*Work to and enhance facilities management strategy, implementing new ideas and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and efficient service to all clients

PACKAGE:

*Generous package - circa QAR20-25k/m all inclusive package dependent on experience
*Medical insurance and annual flights once a year to country of origin provided for employee

Requirements

Experience and education:

*Electrical/Mechanical engineering tertiary education or higher; minimum diploma level education in either engineering discipline
*3+ years of experience in facilities management and maintenance of facilities
*MEFMA/BIFM membership ideal
*Experience of royal palaces/residential/high security facilities is ideal
*Fluency in English
*Experience of working in Qatar ideal
