Job description / Role
- Provide support to ZAPIA operational departments.
- Carry out daily inspections of all key staff and guest facilities to ensure all systems are in good working order and safe to occupy.
- Maintain systems and schedules to keep designated areas well maintained to include but not limited to all FM Services.
- Coordinate with FM Helpdesk, Civil, MEP and all ZAPIA Teams to advise of work to be done.
- Coordinate with FM Assistants and outsourced service providers to ensure work plans are completed for routine, emergency and project related work.
- Maintain expenditure information for the preparation of FM soft services budget, expenditure, stock inventory items and all related financial information for the FM controls.
- Evaluates work of all services providers by comparing work quality/standards to Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide support in supervision and the allocation of service provider teams site wide and for special projects and ensure communication with all Stakeholders.
- Prepare stock lists, procure and maintain all associated consumables materials, tools and equipments database; ensuring stock levels are adequate at all times across the ZAPIA premises for the delivery of required FM Services.
- Coordinates and routinely inspects and review site(s) to meet organisation Health and Safety Policy. Ensuring proper placement and functioning of all safety and security measures and requirements site wide.
- Review daily attendance sheet and submit for approval.
- Completes work as per Objectives and activities to meet mid year and annual appraisals.

Academic and Professional Qualification
General certificate/Diploma in any building/technical area
5 years experience in building and or estate maintenance management
