FMCG Operations Manager

Job description / Role

For a company based in Dubai, we are looking for an FMCG Operations Manager to join a small but expanding team. This position will be one of the foundation stones for the growth of the company.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have around 10 years of experience in charge of operations within a food service division; this will include managing finance, sales, logistics, admin etc. Applicants for this position should have market knowledge of the GCC such as Oman and Saudi Arabia, someone that would be able to direct a sales team, has the ability to plan ahead, can meet deadlines, has excellent time management, is confident, trust worthy and who has possibly run a business unit in the past. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, eager and hungry for new challenges. Should have knowledge of bulk sourcing of various food products for repackaging and complete know-how on handling the logistics, i.e. deliveries and network. Applicants should have a proactive approach and be able to close deals independently. Salary for this position is upon application.
