Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Provide quality query resolution, administration and documentation.
- Coordinate with Master Documentation Unit/Credit Documentation Unit/ Credit Risk Control team to complete all documentation for limits/Security Compliance Certificate issuance and ensure limits are loaded.
- Coordinate with banks internal teams/functions: Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC)/Traded Credit Risk Management(TCRM)/Legal/Credit/Financial Market Operations(FMO)/Business Risk Managers (BRM)/Finance to ensure that all pending transaction and support related activities are completed.
- Work with Finance team closely to ensure all revenue is booked correctly and results are reported accurately.
- Assist in coordinating/facilitating working closely along with Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), Financial Markets(FM) Sales units.
- Assist in coordination for internal/external audit.
- Familiarity with Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) internal management information systems (MIS) systems, Financial Markets Sales systems, Financial Markets Operations is very important.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Support FM Sales team to ensure smooth transaction execution in line with banks published policies and procedures.
- Carry out pipeline, monthly forecast, daily P/L reporting and reconciliation.
- Ensure pre-processing checks are carried out as per laid guidelines
- Coordinate for activation/uploading of limits, lodging of documents with respective teams, as required.
- Coordinate with SCB Legal on ISDA execution by timely submission of supporting documents.
- Assist FM sales team to ensure accounts are correctly tagged in the relevant bank systems.
- Assist FM sales team to ensure adherence to governance policies, and FM sales team is audit ready at all times.
- Liaise with FM COO and Global FM Sales team to ensure regional reporting, trainings and any other required activities are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

- University degree from a qualified institution, or equivalent degree.
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial Markets products.
- Prior work experience in finance, financial markets.
- Familiarity with SCB internal policies, systems, Client Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Competency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Good organization and process management skills.
- Good communication skills.
