Facilities Analyst

Job description / Role

Due to recent growth, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management Analyst to join our team in Oman.

Working in our Oman office this role will be responsible for the following:

- Preparation of local GCRE&FM budget.
- Preparation of various weekly, monthly reporting.
- Maintain compliance with AIG's Sourcing Policy and Vendor Management Policy 301.
- Coordinate the review of GCRE vendor and office lease contracts with Legal Department
- Maintain local insurance policy renewals.
- Manage local vendors.
- Manage office renovation and moves.
- Manage AIG License Renewals and Commercial Registration renewals.
- Maintain AIG's local HSE Policy implementation
- Overall implementation and management of the AIG's business continuity management policy
- Maintain AIG Oman compliance with AIG Global Security Policy

Requirements

To seriously considered for this role we will be looking for the following attributes:

- A sound understanding of Facilities Management, Business Continuity Management and Security within a professional services environment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar multi-disciplined role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem solver.
- Able to learn new tasks.
- Self starter.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
