The RoleThe RoleA leading international Property Developer is looking for an experienced Facilities Director to run a major project they have just completed. This role will involve managing the full FM remit Including all hard and soft services. You will also need to be very comfortable managing a P & L and understanding every aspect of Facilities Management from a very strategic view point. The Project encompasses a very large university so you will also need to be able to manage multi sites and high tech buildings. |
RequirementsRequirementsExceptional Track record in Facilities Management at a Directorate Level Experience of working on a Large University or Hospital.
