Facilities Engineer

Job description / Role

Our client is an Oil & Gas company based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to set up a brand new project in Iraq. Through this growth they are looking to take on a team of facilities engineers.

You will be based from Abu Dhabi with some travel to Northern Iraq where you will supervise and manage the technical personnel at construction sites, and oversee all operations and maintenance activities; advise management on design and construction, propose modifications to existing designs and solutions, and recommend structural repairs when necessary.

Requirements

- You must have an excellent knowledge of engineering, design, technology, construction and mathematics.
- Experience travelling to hostile environments
- 10-15 years experience preferably within construction.
- Degree qualified in civil engineering, construction engineering or structural engineering.
