Job description / Role
An International total Facilities management service providers are seeking an immediate start for a professional canddidate to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Our client are seeking an Engineer to manage a prestigious commercial tower, to oversee day to day operations and manage a large team of supervisors and technicians.
One would manage the entire operations, help the client operations manager, control service reports, prepare quotations, follow up suppliers and ensure good time response. Follow up sites, follow up complaints, organise meetings with clients, prepare monthly reports, oversee all MEP matters.
One should possess a qualification within Mechanical or Building services engineering, experience with HVAC systems, knowledge of PPM software and ability to write reports and manage a team.
One should possess 8 years of experience, at least 4 in FM.
One should be fluent in Arabic and able to work in Saudi.
