Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our key real estate clients. You will be responsible to follow up soft servcies facilities' issues for all my clients' buildings and projects (owned or managed). Soft Services covers; Cleaning services for Buildings, Security Services, Landscape & Waste management.
Requirements
The successful Facilities Maintenance Engineer will be degree qualified and will be capable of working efficiently as part of a team to tight deadlines with a good understanding of long term planning requirements and expectations.
In addition you should have:
* Responsibility for standards of delivery of service
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Experience with facility management and be able to demonstrate Soft Services experience.
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* HSE Training.
