Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My Client, a global Financial Services giant, is looking to hire an FM specialist to maintain a portfolio of Office and branch outlets in Oman (Muscat).

The job will require the successful employee to:
Visit periodically all premises on the portfolio ensuring the correct upkeep.
Prepare audits following each visit in a structured format and pass to Country Manager.
Establish relationships with each of the premises and address any issues.
Pass suitable recommendations to Country Manager and agree on route to fixing any issues.
Assign any items or resources to premises that require it.
Assist in improving admin efficiency for each premises.
Scan market for potential improvement opportunities of Admin services.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ Years relevant experience
Must be of GCC Nationality
Knowledge of FM, MEP and Contract processes.
Excellent Communication and written skills.
