The RoleThe RoleFacilities Maintenance Supervisors (HVAC) Qatar Service Provider Our clients HQ is in Western Europe and they are a specialist M&E Maintenance Contractor. They have a global presence and a large portfolio of blue chip clientele. Currently they are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician/Supervisor to join their Middle East, Qatar Facilities Management operation. Candidates should have some supervisory or management experience, have a strong technical background and have ideally served a mechanical (HVAC) apprenticeship. In addition they should have experience performing maintenance duties on mechanical equipment by well know manufacturers such as:- Carrier, York, Trane, Mitsubishi and Hitachi. Other duties will include the preparation of Planned Maintenance programmes for commercial type contracts and also to assist in the mobilisation of sites, produce accurate reports and demonstrate a high level of customer service to new and existing clients with a view to expanding accounts and generating new business. RequirementsRequirementsCandidate Requirements: Experience in performing planned maintenance activities in a commercial office type environment (or similar) Some supervisory or management experience Have a recognised technical qualification Ideally have served an apprenticeship of 2-4 years Ideally be familiar with reciprocating, screw, scroll and centrifugal systems ranging from AC, Multi split, roof top and close control systems IT literate Be happy to manage a multi-cultural workforce Excellent written and spoken English |
