Facilities Management – Contract Administration Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a well know and established international Facilities Management Service Provider. They are active in the Middle East region and They currently seek a Contract Administration Manager to provide and ensure that all requirements for administration of changes in the work are documented and controlled.

Responsible for the management and administration of changes in the work under the contract and provisions of departments with a comprehensive, high quality contract administration service. To be accountable for the execution of the works including all aspects of:

- Company & Contractor interface Administration/Coordination Procedures
- Contract Administration
- Document Storage & Retrieval
- Administration of changes in contract

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

- Nexus System (company's electronic data system)
- Financial Management

This position operates on a rotation work schedule of 9 weeks living and working on site with 2 weeks off.

Requirements

Degree holder within either Finance, Business or Management
Strong managerial experience or experience within procurement
Extensive Facilities Management knowledge
Computer literate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
