The Client:
Our client is one of the emerging leaders in the facilities management industry. With an established name and brand, the company continues to grow throughout the Middle East supported by a blue chip client base. Purpose:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the outstanding day-to-day delivery of all the services and contractual obligations for the Client. This will include day-to-day management of operational activity, record keeping, maintenance/ repairs of sites, hard Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Fabric and soft and sub-contracted services, providing strategic input on all project management activity requested by the Client.
Requirements
Ideally, you will be proven Facilities Manager in the region (5 years minimum), with strong technical (MEP) skills and understanding. A proven track record delivering high quality FM with multiple services is required. You will need to be passionate about FM with strong customer service focus.
Competences include proven leadership, customer service orientation, relationship management, project management and attention to detail. The reward is a career opportunity with a well-funded, high quality, fast growing FM business.
Degree in Mechanical engineering is mandatory for this role
Salary: The salary for this role would be max 22,000 plus standard UAE benefits (medical and ticket)
