The RoleThe RoleResponsible for activities to support the project management of various solution deployments and enterprise integration efforts for various systems such as: - facilities management, - building management systems - fire protection and detection/alarm systems - environmental monitoring - contact/call center solutions, other support services solutions. This role will provide technical and project management support and participate in the following activities: Support of the full life cycle phases of solutions and service deployments including but not limited to: requirements analysis, procurement, design, development, implementation, integration, testing installation, maintenance, and training. Implementation of the support solutions, solution and integration focused testing, solution deployment and hand-over to operations Vendor Deliverable Management Including reviewing, evaluating, and validating deliverables, managing stakeholder support, and associated integration to third party systems Communication management providing close liaison with key stakeholders at Sidra with interests in the Support Services solutions and integration into Sidra's enterprise environment, to access appropriate subject matter experts and to validate that the deliverables meet their requirements |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential Criteria Experience with project management tools, such as MS-Project Experience supporting projects that cover the full system development life cycle and full project management life cycle. Experience supporting projects with multiple vendors on a large scale integration and deployment project. Experience working as a support member of a project incorporating best practice project management methodologies on projects relating to support systems such as building and facilities management, Integration of various systems, preferably in a healthcare environment. Desirable Criteria Experience deployment of support solutions such as facilities management, building management systems, fire protection and detection/alarm systems, environmental monitoring, contact/call center solutions, and other support services solutions. |
