The RoleThe RoleFACILITIES MANAGER - OPERATIONS DOHA, QATAR My client, a leading Facilities Management service provider, requires a Facilities Manager for an Operational position based in Doha, Qatar. The project is a prestigious tall tower. You will manage the day to day operations at the site and a team of staff at site including (building fit out, hard services engineers & technicians, BMS/CCTV/Access control engineer, administration, front desk reception, help desk). You will also manage the subcontractor workforce. You will be responsible for all functions at site from an operational perspective, regular client meetings, report preparations, performance tracking, etc. You will also be responsible for the financial performance of the project. The client is looking for someone who can lead a team, identify & resolve issues, capable of strategic planning and the ability to manage client relationships. Candidates are required to have the following skills / experience: Solid Facilities Management experience Technical background preferred but not essential Solid understanding of Maintenance issues Hard and Soft service experience Hands-on Operational experience Solid experience of managing client relationships This is an excellent opportunity and interested candidates should apply for further details. |
