Employment: Full Time

My client is a leading Facilities Management company working across facility, property and energy management works.

They are looking to hire a Junior Facilities Manager to be responsible for the safe, compliant and profitable delivery of one or more facility management contracts within Qatar.

Key responsibilities of the Junior Facilities Manager include:

- Managing the mobilization and ongoing contract delivery in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety company and statutory regulations/policies.
- Building competent, highly motivated teams who deliver services in line with the companies business and contractual objectives.
- Delivering and, where possible, exceeding cash backed contract profit targets set by tender proposals and annual budgets.
- Delivering training in accordance with predetermined company competency requirements.
- Establishing contract specific continuous improvement strategies which promote efficiency, energy reduction and best practices.

Requirements

This is an active and highly visible role requiring excellent facilities management operational capability, therefore the Junior Facilities Manager will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

The Junior Facilities Manager will have:

- A track record of successfully managing multiple facility management contracts.
- Knowledge and understanding of local GCC legislation.
- Knowledge and experience of providing facilities management services to a broad range of customers.
- An awareness of the trends in the market-place and a keenness to deepen knowledge of industry issues and drivers.
- At least 4 years of managerial and/or technical experience.
- Membership to a Professional Body progressing to Chartered Status, plus a minimum Intermediate Level qualification.
